A large panel has fallen from the thirteenth storey of a central Auckland apartment building. Victopia Apartments, on the corner of Nelson St, was undergoing remediation work for defective exterior panels. Police have cordoned off the busy intersection of Victoria St West and Nelson St, near the TVNZ building.
