A leading Auckland architect has been charged with stealing trade secrets from a rival firm where he used to work. Michael Christopher Davies, the principal architect for Property Partners, appeared in the Auckland District Court on Monday facing five charges relating to stealing information from Context Architects. He is also charged with taking a model and stealing a trade secret from the firm. A Context spokeswoman said Davies was employed by Context at the time, but in was in the process of moving companies.
