Auckland Tuatara manager, player ejected in loss to Canberra Cavalry

Auckland Tuatara manager Steve Mintz and short stop Josh Morgan were both thrown out of the game in the team's 7-5 loss against Canberra Cavalry at North Harbour Stadium on Thursday night. During the game the Tuatara players became increasingly frustrated with the strikes called by home plate umpire Josh Weschler. Weschler ejected Morgan from the game and then Mintz came over to defend his player. Canberra tagged on another run at the top of the second, even though the Tuatara turned a nice double play. In the bottom of the fourth, with Max Brown came in for a run, while Jonny Homza drove in the Tuatara's second run to make the score 4-2.
