He wrote“I remember those early days at GBC, when the late Dusty Wayne used to host a specially selected Music Show selected by James Appiah who was to become the founder and owner of Atlantis Radio. Our friendship blossomed after that, and since then we have been very good friends and we discuss everything concerning the media and his pioneering role in establishing private radio in Ghana. But my discussion with James Appiah will not end until we discuss International Politics, and I consider that to be his favourite past time. My sincere condolences to the entire family.”One of the very first private radio stations to be established in Ghana, James, affectionately called Big J, built Atlantis Radio into a successful story.
