Currently starting from the bench the former Leeds United man could be back to the starting line up should Aston Villa secure the striker in the winter window. Trabzonspor President Ahmet Agaoglu has insisted his club will not sell Sturridge to Villa who have been unconvincing in attack in the English Premier League. Sturridge, 30, generally feels he has unfinished business in the Premier League after leaving Liverpool unceremoniously and is keen to return. It is expected that Ekuban would be restored to the Trabzonspor line up should the English man leave.
