SINGAPORE (Sept 19): The trustee-managers of Ascendas Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (A-HREIT) says wholly-owned subsidiary Ascendas Hospitality MTN have on Friday priced S$70 million in notes due 2022, otherwise known as Series 002 notes. The Series 002 notes comprise S$69.72 million 3.325% notes to be issued by the Ascendas-Hospitality Business Trust (A-HBT) or Series 002 A-HBT notes and S$280,000 3.325% notes to be issued by A-HREIT or Series 002 A-HREIT notes. Each Series 002 A-HBT note of principal amount of S$249,000 will be stapled to one Series 002 A-HREIT note of principal amount of S$1,000. The Series 002 Notes will bear interest at 3.325% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear, and have a tenor of six years. Units of Ascendas Hospitality Trust last traded at 73 cents.
