The 2019/20 Ghana Premier League remains halted and the Ghana Football Association will be communicating the decision they have taken on the league by the end of this month. According to Felix Annan, Kotoko will activate the same article to play in the 2020/21 CAF Champions League for winning the NC Tier 1 Cup in 2019 if the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League is truncated without a champion. “Per what I know about CAF rules, we (Asante Kotoko) are still eligible to play in the champions league. “So if the league is suspended or cancelled, I think we are still eligible to play in the champions league”, Annan told Takoradi based Skyy Power FM.
