According to the sources, every day a report will be prepared by the designated medical officer and sent to Chief Secretary MM Kutty. The chief secretary will then send it to the CM explaining why the issue has remained unresolved. Each hospital has a nodal officer for resolving the calls received on 1031 and report back the resolution. The meeting was attended by the health minister, principal secretary health, secretary health, medical superintendents and nodal officers of government hospitals.
