Our officers and all the ministers have worked very hard and with a great sense of responsibility. Otherwise, consumers in the state will have to pay tax twice over and manufacturers in the state will be disadvantaged. If they are real, we will address them.If they are made up, they have to adjust to the new culture of paying tax. If the base increases, the rates can be brought down.Oil is part of the Constitution amendment and it is currently zero-rated. As and when there is consensus in the GST Council, we will include it.
