The interactive session on Monday in which students from many colleges and schools participated marked the conclusion of the three-day Vijnana Bhairav – Maha Dhyana Sibiram organised by the Art of Living Foundation. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar led the participants in a short meditative session to help relax the stressed mind. In a short speech, he said the sign of youth was enthusiasm and determination to take on challenges.
