Arsenal are set to complete the transfers of Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber by the end of the week. The Gunners' pending deal with West Ham over the £105million transfer of Declan Rice is '95 per cent' complete, while there is a verbal agreement in place with Ajax for the capture of defender Timber in a deal worth an initial £40m. Mail Sport were first to reveal on Wednesday that the two London clubs had agreed a fee in principle for Rice. The deal for Timber has also been agreed in principle, with just the final paperwork left to complete before the Holland International can finish the formalities attached to his move to London. Arsenal have already completed the signing of Kai Havertz from Chelsea, in a deal that is worth up to £67.5m-£70m.
