Christian Pulisic has informed Chelsea that he will not be joining Lyon - irrespective of their offer. Brighton are currently in talks with Chelsea over a deal for midfielder Moises CaicedoSamuels-Smith attracting Chelsea and CityEverton's promising young left-back Ishe Samuels-Smith is attracting interest from Chelsea and Manchester City. Chelsea, City and Tottenham have been following his progress for the past year with the Stamford Bridge club weighing up an offer. Bayern also want to prise Kyle Walker away from Manchester City though the right-back is considering City's offer of a new contract. They want around £50m for Belgium international Lavia as they also have interest from Arsenal plus Chelsea and Manchester United.
