Deputy Speaker Prospero Pichay (Lakas-CMD, Surigao del Sur) said Revilla is now mulling the recommendation of Arroyo and political allies who visited him at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame. Revilla, who is facing a non-bailable plunder charge, told his visitors that he will decide next week whether or not he would run. Cases against Arroyo were later dismissed by the Supreme Court, triggering suspicions that she was a victim of dirty politics.
