In Khilgaon case, the court issued another arrest warrant against Rizvi solely as he failed to appear in the court during the re-investigation report submission day. Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions’ Judge Kamrul Hossain Mollah, who deals both lawsuits, made the order on Thursday as Rizvi did not appear in the court as per the law. The court moved with the action against the 56 including Rizvi following taking the allegation reported in the Motijheel thana case into cognizance and fixed September 18 to know the development of its order. Though Rizvi’s lawyer submitted the time petition stating the sickness as a cause of his absence and the court rejected it. Motijheel police station SI KM Azizul Hoque filed the case against the 56 on charge of obstruction of police duty and bomb blasts in Kamlapur area on November 5, 2013.
