The vigilante group, believed to be aligned with the ruling NDC, reportedly clashed with demonstrators at the Vodafone traffic light in Tamale. Speaking to Starr News, Bugri Naabu said the police appeared unconcerned when the group pounced on the demonstrators. “The Police were there when they came to attack us and until now no arrest has been made, is it because NDC is in power and no one can arrest them? Meanwhile, the Police in Tamale have asked residents who felt their rights were violated during the protest in the Metropolis to file complaints.
