His spokesperson Nana Yaw Osei hinted that Mr. Afoko will launch an appeal because he was dissatisfied with the court’s outcome. “The appeal process has begun with the filing of the Notice of Appeal today (22/8/2016) at the registry of the High Court. The appeal is against the whole decision of the trial High Court. Several grounds of appeal will be canvassed at the Court of Appeal”, he revealed.
