The Toronto Argonauts have signed veteran American defensive back Tommie Campbell and Canadian receiver Natey Adjei. He began his CFL career with the Calgary Stampeders in 2016 after five years in the NFL with Tennessee and Jacksonville. Last season, Campbell was named a CFL East all-star after recording 66 tackles, three interceptions and two forced fumbles in 16 games. Ryan played in all 18 games in 2019, making 107 punts for 5,222 yards and a 48.8 yards per punt average. Prior to his NFL career, Ryan played two seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2004 and 2005.
