If you paid for an out-of-warranty battery replacement for iPhone 6 or later devices between Jan 1 to Dec 28 last year, Apple is offering an RM240 credit refund. However, these replacements must have been made at authorised centres, such as Apple Store, Apple Repair Centre or an Apple Authorised Service Provider. Apple will contact customers eligible for this partial refund via e-mail from now until July 27, giving instructions on how to get the refund. They may be required to have proof of service at an Apple authorised service location. In-warranty iPhone battery replacements are not eligible for this credit.
