Appellate Division gets 2 new judges

The circular, published on Wednesday and signed by Golam Sarwar, secretary of the law and justice division, said the president had issued an order appointing Justice Tariq ul Hakim and Justice Obaidul Hasan to the Appellate Division. Both of them are now at the High Court Division. He was appointed as an advocate of the District Court, the High Court Division and then the Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court on March 18, 1986, March 18, 1988 and August 15, 2005 respectively. He was promoted as an additional judge of the High Court Division on June 30, 2009 and appointed as a judge of the same division on June 6, 2011.
