Antony Gough's New Brighton property for sale houses a bar and a row of food businesses. Christchurch hospitality landlord Antony Gough is selling a beachfront block in New Brighton. The retail site is on the northern corner of Brighton Mall and Marine Pde, opposite the suburb's pier and new playground and near the hot pools development. The New Brighton property will be auctioned next month. Gough bought his first property in the block in 2002, and added the other two in late 2010 to make a rectangular redevelopment site.
