Presenters Ant and Dec are both absent from a new Britain’s Got Talent trailer as speculation grows over the duo’s future on the show. Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly do not appear at all despite presenting the ITV show since its launch in 2007. However, the pair have been absent from trailers for the show before – the last being in 2014. The trailer was filmed in February and billed as celebrating the show’s Royal Variety Performance prize – with Holden starring as Queen Elizabeth I and Dixon as Queen Victoria. The pair both took part in filming Britain’s Got Talent audition rounds earlier this year but ITV are yet to confirm whether McPartlin will return for the whole of the forthcoming series.
