HALIFAX—Police say they are investigating what is now another fatal collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle. According to police, a vehicle was being driven westbound when the pedestrian was hit. The pedestrian’s death is the latest in a string of fatal collisions in Halifax. Last month, police announced they had concluded their investigation and there was no evidence to support laying charges against the truck driver, a Dartmouth man. Police say the victim was crossing Oak Street near Oxford Street The driver wasn’t hurt.
