Bédard’s father was always his biggest fan, the one who introduced him to sports and never missed a game. Unlike his mother, Bédard’s father was healthy, a fitness freak with a six-pack well into middle age. I’m sure the more positive you are, the more optimistic and happy you can be, the better the life.
