Anna Frances Williams and Jacob Jarrett Jurlina were married Nov. 2 at Christ Church Episcopal Cathedral in Louisville, Ky. Ms. Williams, 32, is a senior associate for corporate development in the new energies division of the Shell Oil Company in Houston. She is a daughter of Mary Newton Williams and Charles J. Williams of Louisville. Mr. Jurlina, 32, is a finance manager at the Ridgewood Energy Corporation, an oil and gas private equity firm in Houston. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and received an M.B.A. from Rice.
