Andrew Bogut tweets displeasure at Rio Olympics accommodationTWITTER/ANDREW BOGUTAustralian basketballer Andrew Bogut has taken a sarcastic swipe at the Rio Olympic village with a series of tweets containing the hashtag #IOCLuxuryLodging. The Boomers accommodation is in stark contract to the USA basketball team who will be staying on a luxury cruiser for the duration of the games. Given his NBA lucrative salary, it would appear Bogut has not stayed in such crummy accommodation for some time. Other tweets included: "Keep checking in throughout the OLYS for more lovely snaps on behalf of our friends @ #IOCLuxuryLodging," and "#IOCLuxuryLodging will not comment on our delegates (sic) penthouse villas in downtown Rio." Bogut and his Boomers teammates have just arrived in Rio and it's fair to say the 213-cm NBA star wasn't too impressed with the accommodation he will have to put up for the best part of the next three weeks.
