Choudhary is a director in the ICC and ACC Executive Boards. Choudhary remains a director on the ICC and ACC Board; a Supreme Court order of April 17, 2017 allowed him to attend the ICC meetings. The same order also named Johri to attend the ICC Chief Executives meeting. But Vinod Rai, the Head of CoA, said that all decisions related to Dubai meeting will be taken at the CoA meeting in New Delhi on Oct. 1. The BCCI will get a chance to nominate a new representative (director) to the ICC and ACC at its Annual General Meeting here on Oct. 23.
