The 34-year-old boxing champion was criticised by fans after an image surfaced on social media of him taken outside The Farmhouse restaurant in Coventry. According to the social media page of the lavish restaurant, Amir visited the eatery over the weekend and was pictured shunning the two-metre distancing rule by putting his arms around two friends. "Thanks @thefarmhousecoventry had a lovely time," Amir wrote in response to the post. Another added: "Dear Amir Khan, do you understand the lockdown rules, or do you want someone to explain them to you, fed up with hasbeens like you breaking the rules."
