According to TMZ, Heard claims Depp, 52, smashed his iPhone against her face on Saturday, causing the bruise, after which she snapped the photo. Heard claims that during the attack, she was on the phone with a friend while Depp destroyed several items around the house in anger. UPDATE: A judge has granted Heard a temporary restraining order, meaning Depp will have to remain 100 yards away from her until a hearing can be held next month, reports TMZ. When he grabbed hr phone, she told her friend to “Call the cops!”But by the time police arrived at the couple’s home, Depp had left.
