(CNN) Police have issued an Amber Alert after a 13-year-old girl was abducted outside her home in Lumberton, North Carolina, on Monday morning. The FBI is offering a $15,000 reward for information that leads to Hania Noelia Aguilar. "A witness saw a male subject dressed in all black and wearing a yellow bandana force Hania into a relative's vehicle that was parked in the driveway," the FBI said. Hania is 5 feet tall and weighs approxiimately 126 pounds, police say. Lumberton Police Chief Michael McNeill told reporters at a news conference on Tuesday: "Every second counts when a child is missing."
