Tuan said the two countries should push for the signing of an agreement on education cooperation to facilitate the exchange of students. On this occasion, Tuan met with representatives of the Vietnamese Association in the Moravian-Silesian Region and its capital city of Ostrava, and Vietnamese businesses. About 800 Vietnamese are living in the Moravian-Silesian Region with one third of them holding the Czech nationality.
