Suspect N.V.K., born in 1975, said in his suicide note that he had “conducted a bank robbery [to pay] huge debts. As the newspaper released before on September 27, the robbery happened at a branch of state-run VietinBank in Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Hoa Phu Commune, Long Ho District. After robbing VND207 million (US$9,108), he quickly fled away the bank on the motorbike without plate.
