Vehicular movement on these routes will remain closed again from early hours of January 21 for the final prayer of the second phase that will be held between January 20-22, the official added. Vehicles heading towards Dhaka have been asked to move through the Chandona-Chowrasta-Konabari- Chandra intersection-Baipail-Nabinagar-Amin Bazar route. As all water vessel movement between Kamarpara Bridge and Tongi Bridge in the river will remain closed between January 10 -22, the vessels could beach near the two bridges. The vehicles carrying devotees to and from the venue have been urged to use designated routes and parking spaces. Thousands of devotees will join the Akheri Munajat [Concluding prayer] of the first phase of Bishwa Ijtema on the bank of the Turag River in Gazipur’s Tongi on Sunday.
