Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua addressing Mwala residents on Wednesday, February 24. "They (Tanga Tanga) are fence-sitting, I believe they will not come out to oppose BBI. Bichachi argued that the Tanga Tanga team might have to devise other means to come out stronger after suffering an embarrassing defeat due to their earlier opposition of the referendum push. "Tanga Tanga is in trouble, a failure to stop reggae but also clearly a dozen visits to various regions, meetings in Karen and lots of wheelbarrows and envelopes are dead in the water," he told TUKO.co.ke.
