CAIRO_9 July 2020: Al Ahly announced on Thursday that the club has completed the signing of Arab Contractors' winger Taher Mohamed Taher. "The strong relations between Al Ahly and Arab Contractors played a great role in completing the deal." Taher is one of the best promising talents in the Egyptian football and he is one of the key players at the Egyptian Olympic team. Taher missed 2019 U-23 AFCON tournament in Egypt due to injury but he is expected to be at the team squad for the Olympic Games in Tokyo next summer. During 8 years with his childhood club Arab Contractors, Taher scored 11 goals, provided 9 assists during 86 games across all competitions.
