According to the MP, there are promises the president has made he hasn’t even commenced any actions on. Mr Akando made reference to promises such as the ‘One-District-One-Dam’ policy, which was a major campaign promise by the president during the 2016 campaign. “I can say confidently that he has not constructed one dam,” he said in an interview on UTV. “Except for revamping or renovating, properly constructed dam canals for irrigation have not been constructed; they can’t give me one they have constructed.”
