HARARE, Zimbabwe — Mohammad Nabi smashed three straight sixes to give Afghanistan a seven-wicket victory over West Indies on Sunday in the final of the cricket World Cup qualification tournament with almost 10 overs to spare. Both teams had already qualified for the 2019 World Cup in England and Wales. Former world champion West Indies chose to bat and was bowled out for 204 in 46.5 overs, with spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman taking 4-43 in 9.5 overs. In reply, Afghanistan eased to 206-3 after 40.4 overs in Harare. Afghanistan beat West Indies three times in the same tournament.
