MANILA, Philippines — Horacio "Atio" Castillo III died due to his heart problem, and not hazing, Aegis Juris fratmen John Paul Solano and Alexander Hipe claimed Tuesday. But Castillo's parents, in an interview with reporters after the hearing, denied vehemently that their son had a heart problem. He's a goalkeeper, wala syang sakit sa puso," Carmina Castillo said, while Horacio Castillo II said that his son was very healthy. Solano also cited the medico-legal report that stated that Atio's heart was "grossly enlarged and weighed 450 grams," while a person's normal heart only weighs 300 grams. Solano also pointed out that the medico-legal report said that "there is no finding of acute kidney injury and/or kidney failure therein."
