The end is officially here for Adobe flash as previously announced. Adobe has confirmed that it will no longer provide support for Flash Player after 31 December 2020 and it will block all the flash content from running in Flash player. The support of Adobe Flash Player on Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer11 also ended with 2020 as the announcement was made earlier in advance by Microsoft. In order to run an internal business system, some enterprise customers may still need Flash Player commercial support and licensing beyond 2020. Things became official in 2017, when Adobe announced it would end support.
