That’s been the challenge for Edmonton Oilers defenceman Adam Larsson as a broken fibula in the home opener forced him into a mid-season game of catch up with the NHL. “This is the best league in the world and as the season goes on teams and players get better and more comfortable. “It’s more difficult when you haven’t been in the season,” said head coach Dave Tippett. “He’s a good pro, a good veteran and he has to continue doing things to get up to speed.
