Despite Ada’s weakening, the northeast monsoon will continue to bring strong gale-force gusts, particularly over coastal and upland areas. The northeast monsoon continues to affect much of northern and central Luzon, bringing cloudy skies and possible light rains over Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon and Marinduque.
