Activision and Tencent unveil free-to-play ‘Call of Duty: Mobile’ at GDC - Tech News


Activision and Tencent have teamed up to announce a new free-to-play Call Of Duty game for mobile, named Call of Duty: Mobile, during the Unity keynote at the 2019 Game Developers Conference (GDC). The game is being developed by Tencent's Timi Studio, and published by Activision. It was revealed that the mobile game would feature staple game modes from the main series, including Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy and free-for-all, set in maps from previous Call of Duty titles like Nuketown, Crash and Hijacked. There was also mention of upgradeable custom loadouts with skills, perks and score streaks..
