AGRA: A brutal acid attack by unknown people on 15 cows and oxen in Karmana, barely 5km from the Taj Mahal, has led to tension in the area. Mukesh Goswami, district coordinator of Bajrang Dal 's Agra unit, said, "We had been receiving inputs about cows being attacked in Karmana and nearby villages, but we failed to identify the assailants. On Sunday, six cows were attacked and we informed local administration. "Raja Singh, station officer of Tajganj, said, "We have filed an FIR against unknown persons under IPC 's Section 429." Ankaj Yadav, a villager, said, "Only those cows and oxen who were abandoned for being unproductive have been attacked.
