The 31-year-old is charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. “The defendant went to a high school football game; he brought a gun with him,” said Atlantic County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Seth Levy. Both are charged with unlawful weapons possession after being arrested in a car that fled the scene.
