He stressed that the access road going to Noveleta up to Cavite City is a major consideration that the government must address in the commercial operation of Sangley airport. The proposed access road is only 2 kilometers road that can be easily constructed in less than 1 year, Reyes-Chua added. Upon completion of this access road, he said, Sangley Airport can be reached in less than 1 hour from NAIA terminals in Metro Manila.
