The jury considering the capital murder charge against Aaron Brady will return to the Central Criminal Court today to continue its deliberations. On Monday they returned a verdict of guilty on a charge of robbery against Brady, 29, of Crossmaglen, Co Armagh. Brady had denied stealing €7,000 at Lordship Credit Union, Bellurgan, Co Louth, on January 25, 2013. The jury is now considering their verdict on a charge of the capital murder of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe during the course of the robbery, which Brady denies.
