Ryan Chapman and his diving buddy have spent about 45 minutes spearfishing off Perth when they resurface and realise a loose knot on their anchor has caused their boat to drift away. About 3.5km offshore, they spot a fishing vessel roughly 1.5km away and swim over to be rescued. The men later admitted to not securing the anchor properly and diving without a skipper on board
