Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Morshed Al Mamun Bhuiyan took cognisance of the charges on Sunday and ordered that warrants be issued against absconding suspect Farooq Howladar. Case investigation officer Dhaka Metropolitan Police (West) Inspector Sirajul Islam said he submitted the charge sheet against the two suspects to the court last week. The case investigation officer has submitted nine pieces of evidence to the court, including a mobile phone and car keys. His younger brother Masum Talukdar started the murder case against several unnamed people with Rupnagar police that day. ASP Mizan had seated in the back with Mintu and Kamal aka Farooq on either side.
