Party Secretary General Godfrey Osotsi has emphasised the exercise will be free, fair and credible. An aspirant eyeing the Butula parliamentary seat Mary Makokha recorded a statement at Bumala Police Station over claims that her competitor planned to ferry voters from outside the constituency. Butula Deputy County Commissioner Bosek Lagat warned aspirants against importing voters. He said it was against the law and anyone found doing it would be arrested and prosecuted.
