SEREMBAN: The Auditor General’s Report 2016 has deemed the hire purchase management of the Program Rumah Awam Harga Rendah (RAHR) and Program Perumahan Rakyat Bersepadu (PPR) rentals in Negri Sembilan as ‘unsatisfactory’. RAHR, PPR are under the Housing Unit of the Negeri Sembilan Secretary office, as well as the Port Dickson (MPPD) and Rembau municipal council (MDR). The construction and maintenance of public facilities in the MPPD administration area has been deemed satisfactory ever since the public utility project was completed. To improve the management of public facilities, MPPD and MDR have been recommended to make periodic inspections of the work performed at the project site. This, said the report, is to comply with contract administration, supervision of contractors to contractor and ensure payment management are regularly conducted.
