SEREMBAN: Several former DAP members have questioned the appointment of the audit firm PKF Consulting to supervise the re-election of its central executive committee. "We are against the appointment of the audit firm to oversee the re-election. How can PKF Consulting be considered independent when it has links with an illegally elected leadership," Vijayan told a press conference here on Monday. On July 21, party vice-chairman Teresa Kok said DAP had appointed PKF Consulting to supervise the re-election which was requested by RoS. He said that based on the complaints, the RoS believes the re-election of the CEC members and main office bearers during that period was not conducted legally.
